Common questions
When do I get paid?
Commission clears a 14-day hold that covers the refund window, then counts toward your balance. Once your available balance reaches $100.00, it's included in the next payout run.
How are my sales tracked?
Every sale is tracked by your code: when a client enters it at checkout, the sale is credited to you permanently, no links or cookies involved.
Is it free to join?
Yes, applying and being a partner costs nothing.
How many followers do I need?
There is no minimum. We look at what you do and how you would introduce Occavia, not an audience number, so a small engaged following is welcome.
Do I need a website or a company?
Neither. You apply with your professional name and a legal company is never required. You do need a bank account we can transfer commission to (IBAN).
